Foley Immigration Law currently has offices in the beautiful Ybor City area of Tampa and in the heart of Lakeland. While in private practice, Attorney Foley continues to invest in her community through political activism and volunteer work with a number of local, grassroots organizations.
RED TENT INITIATIVE
Thriving NOT JUST Surviving
Survivors & allies working together to END domestic violence, sexual assault, & human trafficking.
Attorney Foley founded the non profit organization Red Tent Initiative in 2015. She states that it “came out of a deep need to take these awful experiences and use them for something good.” And so Red Tent Initiative (RTI for short) was born! RTI is a radically inclusive network of survivors and allies working together to end abuse and exploitation in our communities. They advocate for, support, and empower survivors in a number of ways. One important element of RTI’s advocacy work is providing free and low-cost legal services to empower people who are being victimized to escape the cycle and become survivors.
